Built in 1790, Vine cottage is just metres from the seashore and yet in the heart of one of the most attractive and vibrant coastal villages in the southeast of England.
Accommodation is much as it was 200 years past with the added comfort of gas fired central heating and a modern bathroom and Kitchen. There are three bedrooms and two reception rooms (lounge and dining room) with TV, Radio, playstation etc. Dave the Dolphin lives here in Sandgate and can always be found close to the shore within a ten minute walk from Vine Cottage. Channel tunnel, Dover ferry port, Lydd airport, Ashford International Railway Station are all within 30 mins. drive from here. London Gatwick 90mins, Heathrow 120mins, Stanstead 100 mins. Nearest Railway station is Folkestone West (10 Mins) which has a direct service to and from London Charing Cross
This seaside cottage is within easy walking distance from several seaside pubs, restaurants and take away food venues
